We refill cartridges with "print heads" (the nozzles that dispense the ink) and those without print heads. If you don't see your ink cartridge listed, ask us if we can help. Ink cartridges can't be refilled forever. Print heads and contact strips fail and sponges wear out. Though the average cartridge might last three or four ink refills, all cartridges must be replaced in time. When that happens, we have the new cartridges you need to stay productive.
Do you have a laser printer and need toner? Toner cartridges are more complex than ink cartridges, with parts to be serviced or replaced when toner is replenished. We can provide factory remanufactured toner cartridges in two or three business days, usually for 20% to 50% less than the cost of the brand-name replacement and 100% guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction.

Ink cartridge refilling is a new experience for most people. We expect you to have questions and we want you to ask them. Watch us work and let us explain what we're doing. There is no such thing as "universal ink." We use dozens of different formulations, tested to ensure they are appropriate for the ink cartridges you use. We test the ink jet print heads on most models to know that the cartridge is working well before we return it and before you pay us. We'll tell you how to care for your cartridge to maximize its useful life and we'll give you tips and techniques for troubleshooting if there are problems once you leave us. For something you can't handle yourself, give us a call or stop back by the Service Center and we'll take care of your issues.
